Hosting and access data

This website is technically operated through fastmigrate.net using server infrastructure provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Requests involve processing the IP address, time, requested address, HTTP status and technical information transmitted by the browser. This may include the browser type, operating system and referring page.

This processing serves website delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is secure and reliable operation. Technical hosting and maintenance providers receive the data required for these purposes. Regular web-server access logs are deleted within 14 days.

Language preference and cookies

When you select a language using “DE” or “EN”, the website stores this choice in the “preferred-language” cookie. It contains only the language code and is stored for up to one year; choosing a language again renews this period. An ordinary page view does not set this cookie. You can delete it or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Both language versions remain directly accessible through their addresses.

Storage supports the language function you have chosen. The legal bases are Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and, where personal data is processed, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Page counts without visitor profiles

The server counts page views to assess website usage in aggregate form. These statistics do not store IP addresses, visitor or session identifiers, browser details, referring pages or URL query parameters. No visitor profiles are created and no analytics or advertising cookies are set. No tracking script from an external analytics service is loaded.

Contact by email or telephone

If you get in touch, your contact details and the content of your enquiry are used to process and answer it. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to enquiries about a potential purchase or contract. Other enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is responding to your message. Email providers are involved in transmitting and storing email correspondence.

These details are stored for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Where legal retention duties apply, for example to business correspondence, the relevant details are kept for the period required by law.

Contact is voluntary. Without the information needed to handle your enquiry, it may not be possible to answer it.

External links and locally hosted media

Images and font files are delivered with this website. Instagram is included as an ordinary link; no Instagram feed or social-media plugin is loaded. You access an external provider’s service only when you open its link. That provider’s privacy information then applies.
